From August 17th to 22th, me and my homegirl Kathrine went to Barcelona! We stayed at The Hostalin Disputació, which is one of the “Hostal in Barcelona” chains. We had an absolutely amazing time, and we sure enjoyed our stay there together. Some of the things we visited were as followed: Casa Milá “La Pedrera” (a modern building by the famous Autoni Gaudi), “Casa Batlló” (known as “the house of bones” by Autoni Gaudi), “Casa Amtaller” (a beautiful house next to Casa Batlló), “Basílica de La Sagrada Família” (knows as “the unfinished churched” by Autoni Gaudi), “Recinte Modernista Sant Pau Barcelona”, “Park Güell” (the famous park with architecture by Autoni Gaudi), “Castell de Montjuïc” (which is an old military base from 1640, which is on top of the big mountain Muntanya de Montjuïc), “Encants Barcelona” (which is the biggest secondhand market in Barcelona), “Torre Agbar” (a 140 meter tall office tower, which makes it the 3rd biggest building in Barcelona), “Parc de la ciutadella” (which is a beautiful and peaceful park in the middle of the city), “Catedral Palau Reial Major”, “Palau de la Música Catalana”, we walked at the big famous street “La Rambla” (where a terror attack happened while we were in Barcelona, and where a lot of tourists walk, and where people typical walk to go to the beach), “La Boqueria” (which is a big food market, and one of the most visited places of tourist. It’s placed near the street La Rambla) then we walked around “World Trade Center” (which is a big shopping mall surrounded by water), and then we walked around the harbor and went to the beach to swim and take sun. In the night we went to the discos “Joker”, “Catwalk”, "Shoko" and “Pacha” through the company “Barca Rockz” (which is an organization that earns money by showing tourist around to the best night clubs). I simply just love Barcelona. They have big, safe and beautiful streets, everything is so close to each other that you can walk or take a cheap taxi, there are a lot of tourist from other countries (mostly French) and there are so many nice cultural things/monuments that you can see. Furthermore, the music at the discos is just awesome. I 100% prefer the music in the nightclubs of Barcelona than the music at the Danish nightclubs. I absolutely want to visit Barcelona again. If you have any suggesting what else to experience in Barcelona, please comment below.
